Makes 4 Servings
2 cups Flour
1/2 tea spoon Salt
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 cup Crisco
1/2 cup Water to thick dough
Additional margin to grease the pan
optional ingredients: some put nuts berry's like blue berry's and even a touch of rum !
mix and knead for 15 mins till dough is smooth press the dough into a greased pan or frying pan try to keep dough from browning till the middle is cooked turn the dough over to cook both sides cooking time my very should take around 10 to 15 mins bannock tends to turn stail fast so enjoy !
